These free guided exercises, created by Dr. Les Fehmi, are a gentle and powerful way to work with pain through modulating your attention and awareness. They’re based on his book Dissolving Pain and use an approach called Open Focus, which isĀ a powerful regulation technique that I love.

Dr. Fehmi was a pioneer in brainwave biofeedback and spent decades teaching people how to regulate their brain patterns for better health. His exercises are grounded in the understanding that while pain may be felt in the body, it is actually generated in the brain and with practice, we can learn to quiet the pain signal and find relief.

These can be used for emotional or physical pain.
