*Weekly classes are 25 minutes, plus a few extra minutes for questions and comments at the end.

- Click on the class you want to join.
- Click "Join Now" to enter the private classroom when it's time!
- Note: I'll join each class about 5 minutes before it's live. If you're there before that, please just be patient.
- Important info: During our live sessions, you get to decide whether to have your camera on. Some people feel more connected when they’re on camera, while others feel more relaxed with it off. Please do whatever helps you feel most at ease.
