Weekly Schedule:

Sundays at 7 pm mountain time - SHH Session

Mondays at 7:30 pm mountain time - Nada Yoga

Tuesday at 9 am mountain time - SHH Session

Wednesdays at 1 pm mountain time - SHH Session

Thursday at 8 pm mountain time - SHH Session 

Weekly classes are 25 minutes, plus a few extra minutes for questions and comments at the end.
